These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Foyern platform. Foyern is an AI-powered CMS and website builder, operating as a sub-product of Zuvany Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Foyern provides an AI-based Content Management System (CMS) that enables small and medium businesses (SMBs) to build, manage, and migrate their business websites easily without needing developers. The service includes tools to instantly update content and designs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of the text, images, and other content you upload to build your website using Foyern. You are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you publish through our CMS.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Foyern operates on a subscription-based pricing model for website hosting and access to the builder.
  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).
  • Failure to maintain active payment may result in the suspension of your website and CMS access.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the platform to host unlawful, pirated, or malicious content.
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or explicitly illegal materials.
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the underlying Foyern CMS infrastructure.
  • Use our AI builder tools to generate illegal or defamatory content.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Foyern CMS interface, design tools, AI algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of Zuvany Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our proprietary software.

10. Service Availability

While we aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the websites you host with us, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be completely free of errors or interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zuvany Technologies Private Limited and Foyern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of revenue arising from downtime of your website or use of our CMS.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product updates or legal requirements. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
